You have the option to request a return, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving your order. After informing us of your intention to return the products, you must proceed with the shipment within the following 14 days.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with the packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order products unless they have manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a product different from the one ordered.
How to Make a Return

Enter the email address used during purchase and the verification code that will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to access your customer account.
Find the order for which you want to initiate the return. If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you want to return and indicate the reason for the return, possibly adding a comment. Then, click on “Request return”.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your product via email.
Be sure to carefully package your items to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a traceable courier. The package will remain your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.
After receiving and verifying the product, we will refund you within 10 working days, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
